The Prenatal Bundle includes yoga for each of the 4 trimesters. You'll explore Vinyasa, Restorative, Hatha, PLUS a Mudra Meditation that can be done before, during, and after you give birth.
The 5 yoga classes in this bundle include:
Trimester 1 - Be Gentle (36-min) Prenatal Vinyasa
A vinyasa practice geared towards getting the blood flowing with lots of modifications for pregnancy. You’ll focus on building leg and arm strength while opening up the side waist and pelvis.
Trimester 2 - Restore Us Both (30-min) Prenatal Restorative
Come to your mat for a restorative, prenatal yoga sequence to the ground and calm your body with longer-held poses to soothe your nervous system.
Trimester 3 - In My Own Ocean (38-min) Hatha
Gentle, fluid, and slow-moving, this class provides plenty of modifications to accommodate yogis of all levels in their third trimester. Side waist lengthening, hamstring and inner thigh opening, and gentle twists create space and support the low back.
Trimester 4 - Stay Low (30-min) Postnatal Hatha
This class is designed specifically for those in their fourth trimester and keeps you close to the ground. With an emphasis on grounding, connecting to the earth, and developing a deeper breath, your nervous system will shift into rest and digest mode, which helps the body soften and relax.
Prenatal Mudra (10-min) Meditation
A short meditation practice for pregnant goddesses with Bhramari breath and two mudras (hand gestures) to help focus the mind and steady the thoughts.
