In this 90-minute vinyasa practice, you’ll build to a peak pose with Adho Mukha Vksasana (handstand) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I (twisted one-legged arm balance) as the peak postures. This class includes a mantra, mythology, and visualization practice to honour Lord Shiva, the Hindu Deity of Destruction and Transformation.
In this 60-minute vinyasa practice, you’ll work with building strength in the core, legs, and arms by moving into an L-shaped handstand. This class uses resistance to challenge and encourage resilience. A meditation based on the guiding principle of Tantric philosophy of life/experience as the greatest teacher opens the class.

In this 2-hour yoga class, you’ll move through several pranayamas, including Boa Breath from Chien Lung by Constantine Darling. Three waves with core strengthening and leg balancing prepare the body for deep backbends. Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel) and Ardha Chandra Chapasana (sugarcane) are the peak postures.
