This on demand course is for those who’ve participated in Level 1, as we’ll be going deeper into theming with yoga philosophy, how to sequence a theme-based class, and how to develop your voice and vision.

► Develop voice and vision to hold space for people to discover themselves

► Learn about the subtle body, including meditation, mantra, and pranayama

► Integrate what you learn/do/love off the yoga mat and apply it to your practice!

Once you purchase your ticket for this virtual training, a welcome email is sent with the training outline:

April - Participants will receive the first lecture and yoga class.

May - Participants will receive the second lecture and yoga class.

June - Participants are invited to the virtual Zoom workshop

We are parsing out this training a bit differently than the first module. You will receive a lecture each month so that you have time to digest it.
