Social Media Content Coordinator — Exchange Position
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Coordinator to support the ongoing digital presence of Practice with Clara, Clara Roberts-Oss Retreats, and the Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga.
This is a content repurposing and publishing role, rather than an original content development or brand strategy position.
6 scheduled posts per month in total, distributed across Practice with Clara, Clara Roberts-Oss Retreats, and Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga, according to current campaign priorities.

Uploading and scheduling all content through Later
Preparing Instagram Reels + YouTube Shorts from existing video content
Trimming and repurposing longer-form video so it adheres to the appropriate format and timing for each platform
Preparing Instagram + Facebook photo carousels using supplied branded assets
Pulling or lightly adapting captions from existing website copy, blog posts, course pages, and campaign materials
Making sure posts are formatted correctly, scheduled accurately, and ready to publish
Communicating with Seraphina and Nikki when assets, dates, links, or campaign information are needed
Our goal is to maintain a content calendar prepared up to two months in advance.
You'll work from established campaign priorities and existing materials, helping us prepare content ahead of upcoming trainings, retreats, events, and membership offerings.
Content will be reviewed before publication, and adjustments may be requested to ensure accuracy and consistency across our platforms.
You'll collaborate with a small team to bring existing content to our social platforms.
Nikki—Brand Designer: Prepares branded graphics, templates, and visual assets.
Seraphina—COO: Coordinates the content calendar, campaign priorities, and scheduling workflow.
Clara—Founder: Reviews and approves content before publication.
You—Social Media Content Coordinator: Repurpose video, assemble carousels, prepare captions, and schedule approved content in Later.
Practice with Clara is the online yoga platform of teacher and educator Clara Roberts-Oss, offering live and on-demand practices, workshops, lectures, challenges, and opportunities for continued study.
Our broader ecosystem includes Clara Roberts-Oss Retreats and the Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga, through which we offer retreats, teacher trainings, and professional development for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners.
This is a 12-month, remote exchange position. In return for preparing and scheduling six social media posts per month, you'll receive a one-year Seeker Membership valued at $350 USD.
This is a non-monetary exchange; no salary or hourly payment is provided.
The time required each month will depend on the content's complexity and the materials provided.
The Seeker Membership is designed for yoga teachers and curious practitioners who want to deepen their study beyond simply taking classes.
We are looking to fill this position in November 2026.

You’re organized, aesthetically aware, comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and know your way around basic video editing and social scheduling platforms.
Experience with Later is a plus, as is familiarity with yoga, wellness, education, or retreat-based brands.
