To enjoy the free trial period,
SIGN UP HERE then:
Select your subscription preference to start.
Create an account by adding your email address, name, and password for the account.
Set up a payment method by adding your credit card information.
You will NOT be billed for the trial period; you will be billed on the first day after the trial period. That will be the start date for your subscription billing cycle if you choose to stay with the Practice with Clara Community.
You will automatically be billed for the subscription package you chose if you do not cancel before the end of the trial period. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the expiry of your trial to ensure a charge is not processed. We do not offer refunds.
The free trial is for all new members - if you’ve had an account before, you will not have access to the trial.

If you’re new to yoga, check out the For Beginners Collection to see a schedule of classes to do over two weeks. The best way to learn anything new is through repetition. Clara has suggested classes for those new to the practice for the first two weeks of using the app. These classes offer a balance of lengthening, strengthening, and relaxation.
In the How-To Guides Collection, you’ll find several videos describing how to do basic yoga postures, the alignment for peak yoga poses, and tutorials for those recovering from injury with modifications for sensitivity. This collection is a great starting point for anyone new to using props, pranayamas, and etiquette in yoga studios.
Finally, the Intro to the App Playlist will show you how to download classes, make your own playlists, and save your favorite videos on the mobile app!
Where will I find the live event updates?
Check the Community Board for all live yoga classes in the Virtual Yoga Studio and on Zoom.
The Community Board is where we share all membership updates, including news on the upcoming virtual retreats, wellness summers, and specialty classes with Clara.

What is the Class of the Day?
You'll see the yoga class of the day on the digital calendar.
The class of the day features 2-3 yoga classes per day that we've selected for you!
We make it super easy for you to make it to your yoga mat daily with carefully designed collections of classes.
The Class of the Day is based on the Practice with Clara Program.
You’ll explore Vinyasa/Lila Flow, Slow Flow, Hatha Restorative/Yin, Meditation, and Mantra courses throughout the seven-day program. The calendar of classes was created to balance the targeted muscles in the yoga classes so that you feel strong and at ease in your body and mind.
If i'm injured/pregnant, can I join?
Yes, no matter where you are in your practice, you have classes on Practice with Clara.
We’ve created playlists for beginners and a Prop Free Playlist that may suit you if you are recovering from an injury.
For pregnant mamas, we have the Prenatal Collections, which feature trimesters 1-4. Clara created this series during her pregnancy and the months following childbirth.
Finally, Practice with Clara provides PLENTY modifications and suggestions based on injury in all the platform classes.
The biggest thing is to always listen to your body; your body is the greatest teacher.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes!
You can now put your membership on pause if you want to take a break from your daily practice for a month (or two!)*
*This does not include Annual or Seeker Memberships.
YOU CAN ONLY PAUSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONE TIME DURING 12 MONTHS.
Pausing a subscription stops billing at the end of the current billing cycle.
Here's how to pause your membership
Sign into your account on the website.
Go to your Account and click on 'Account Details.'
Click on Purchases.
Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage.
Click End Membership under the plan
You will see the option to Pause your membership instead of canceling
You can choose to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months.
Once you confirm, you will receive an email to validate the pause date and timeline.
What is my subscription billing date?
To see when you will be charged for your next billing cycle, sign in to your account on the web dashboard and visit: https://practice.clararobertsoss.com/dashboard/billing.
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see your active plan and the next payment date.
My credit card was declined, why?
There could be a few reasons why your credit card was declined.
Credit card has expired
A lot of prepaid cards don't work for auto renew memberships.
We don't accept some debit cards.
How do I cancel my membership?
We are already sad to see you go!
If you signed up via a website, you must cancel your subscription on the Practice with Clara Website within the Account Dashboard.
If you signed up using the app on your mobile device, Apple and Google manage all in-app subscriptions. Below are detailed instructions for canceling via these apps.
When canceling your Practice with Clara subscription, the following applies:
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next payment date so cancellations can be processed quickly.
Canceling your subscription will not provide refunds or pro-rate the remaining subscriptions.
After canceling your subscription, you can continue using the Practice with Clara app for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Canceling your subscription means you will lose the rate you joined Practice with Clara at; all members are locked in at the rate they joined, so if we raise our prices, it doesn’t affect your subscription unless you cancel. If you choose to rejoin the app, you will join at the latest subscription rate.
To reactivate your subscription, log back into your iOS or Android app or visit the Practice with Clara website.
Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, follow the steps mentioned below.

Click 'Account Details' then on 'Purchases.'
Click on the button 'Change Plan.' It is underneath your current plan that you are signed up to
Then click on the option to cancel your account.
You'll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation has gone through.
Once you’ve canceled your subscription, your login will remain active, and your account will expire at the end of your billing cycle—you will not be charged again.
It's important to note that you must cancel the subscription on your device if you set up your membership using one of the apps.
Deleting the app does not cancel your membership.

How do I reset my password?
Steps to reset your password:
From the login page, select FORGOT PASSWORD beneath the login credentials https://practice.clararobertsoss.com/forgot_password
Add your email address when prompted
Go to your email provider, and open the email sent from Practice with Clara
Click the link
Choose a new password and add it when prompted
Save your password somewhere safe :)
Can I get a refund or credit?
We do not issue refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or similar reasons or events.
Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the prepaid period (at the end of the year or month, depending on your subscription), as Practice with Clara does not issue refunds for contracts canceled before the contracted period ends.
Please check your current subscription and billing date to be clear when you will be charged and cancel before your billing cycle ends should you want to end your subscription on Practice with Clara.
How do I download classes on a mobile device?

Directions:
Open Practice with Clara Virtual Yoga Studio.
Sign in to your account on your device.
Select the class that you want to download.
Under the class title, there is a round icon with a downward arrow: select that icon to download the class to your device.
You will know the class is downloading when you see the circle filling out a shade darker around the square where the arrow used to be.
The checkmark is your affirmation that the class has been downloaded and saved.
To locate the class, go to your account in the top left corner of your device. If you upload a profile photo, you will click on your account profile photo.
Select ‘Downloads’ to see your downloaded classes—it is under the content tab.
What is the benefit of downloading classes?
When you download a class, you are able to do it anywhere, anytime, offline. The benefit of downloading a yoga class is that you can do your practice when outside the service range.
How do I add classes to my Favourites Playlist?
Watch this video to see how to make your own playlists and add classes to your favorites.
Directions:
Open Practice with Clara Virtual Yoga Studio.
Sign in to your account on your device.
Select the class that you want to add to your Favourites Playlist.
Under the class title, there is a heart icon: select that icon to download the class to your Favourites Playlist.
You will know the class in your Favourites Playlist when you see the heart filled in darker.
The dark heart is your affirmation that the class has been added.
To locate the class, go to your account in the top left corner of your device. If you upload a profile photo, you will click on your account profile photo.
Select Favourites to see your saved classes—it is under the content tab.
If I refer a friend, do I get a discount or credit?
Get a bonus of 30 days added to your membership on Practice with Clara whenever your referrals activate a membership!

Step-by-Step Process:
Sign in to your Practice with Clara account on the website.
Go to your Account -> Account Details from the main navigation.
Click on the Invite a Friend tab.
Copy the link, send it via social media, or invite friends via email.
Track your referral history in the app on the website.
Get 30 bonus days added to your subscription when your referral becomes an active member.
Considerations:
*You must have an active subscription to receive the 30 day bonus.

How do I access to the Livestream yoga classes?
You must have an active membership to access the Livestream yoga classes. All the subscriptions, including Annual, Seeker, Quarterly, and Monthly PLUS Membership, include live class access. The Monthly On-Demand Membership does not have live class access.
Steps to get access to the Livestream yoga class:
Login to your account on the mobile or web app.
Go to the Live Yoga Classes Playlist.
Select the class that you want to attend.
Click the button that says 'I'll be there' to preregister.
You'll get an email reminder about the class.
When the class is scheduled to start, you'll see a countdown of the time left before it begins.
Hit the 'play' button to start the class when it is time.
Wait for Clara's instructions.
If you have issues with the class playing - REFRESH YOUR WEB BROWSER or DRAG DOWN ON THE MOBILE APP.
Our recommendations:

I am having issues joining the Livestream yoga class; please help.
Here are ways to resolve your issues and get into the Livestream event.
Perform the following technical checks:
Clear your web browser (cache),

Close unnecessary applications and windows.
If you're still having issues:
Check the Support Channel on the Community Board for an update about the Livestream yoga class.
There's no option to join the Livestream; now what?
If you do not see a way to press play and join the Livestream class, here's what you can do:
Please check that it is a Livestream class and not a Zoom class. Zoom classes provide a link in the write-up to join via the Zoom application.
Perform the technical checks, including clearing your web browser (cache), choosing Firefox or Safari over Chrome, updating your mobile device, and closing unnecessary applications and windows.
Please check the Support Channel on the Community Board for an update about the Livestream yoga class.
Please check that you have the correct membership. The On-Demand Subscription does not provide access to the virtual events.

Why can’t I see the chatbox to post my question during the live class?
You’ll have to be on a computer to connect with Clara and the community to see the LIVE chat.
When you log in and join the LIVE class, as soon as you press ‘play’, you will see the LIVE chatbox on the far right of the screen.
You can still do the LIVE class and participate from your mobile device, but if you want to join the chat and post questions, and feedback, or make requests, you’ll have to be on a computer.
How do I sync the Live Events Calendar to Google, Apple, or Outlook on a desktop computer?
To sync the live events with your calendar, here is what to do:
Sign in to your Practice with Clara account on your desktop.
Go to the LIVE Yoga Classes Playlist.
Select one of the LIVE classes.
Add the individual LIVE class to your calendar by selecting the " Add to Calendar " button in the middle of the class image.
Sync the Live Events Calendar with all of the LIVE classes by selecting the button in the bottom right corner under the photo that says ‘Sync Live Events Calendar.’
You will be prompted to choose your Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar to sync the class or live events calendar.
What is the benefit of adding the classes to my calendar?
Never miss a LIVE yoga event again! When you Sync the Live Events Calendar with your Google or Apple Calendar, you will have full visibility of each Practice with Clara LIVE event.
Enable text or email notifications in your calendar settings so you receive a reminder for each LIVE event.
How to receive notifications for a LIVE class on Practice with Clara
Open the Practice with Clara App.
Sign in to your account on your device.
Go to the LIVE Yoga Classes Playlist.
Select one of the LIVE classes.
Click on the bell-shaped icon under the class title.
You will see a green confirmation when you have added the reminder for the class.
You will receive a reminder notification before that specific event is to start.
How do I access the music playlist for the classes?
The Spotify playlist is posted three days before the LIVE class is scheduled in the class write-up.
The setup for Spotify during the LIVE class is the same for the on-demand classes.
Here’s how to set up the Spotify music for the class:
Click on the Spotify link to open the playlist on your computer or phone.
Download or save the playlist so its easier to find.
Start the class and wait for Clara to cue the music.
Press ‘play’ to start your music.
Stop the music for meditation or savasana at the end of practice.
With each class, you have the option to have a musical soundtrack or just listen to Clara’s instructions.
We have teamed up with some great producers who created mixes for some of the classes; you can find those in the Music Accompaniment playlist.
Clara has also curated Spotify* playlists; you'll see them on the class page when you log in with your browser (these are not available on the app class pages only on the website class pages).
Click on the Spotify link, which will take you to either a new page or open your Spotify* app on your desktop or mobile. We recommend that you turn the volume down on Spotify mid-way or less so the music won't compete with Clara's voice.
For those of you enjoying the classes on a TV or mobile apps, you won't be able to play the Spotify* playlists simultaneously. You'll need to open the playlist on a separate device as you can't run two apps at the same time on app-based devices (Mobile, tablet, TV).
To play the Spotify playlists, you will need to be a premium Spotify member.

If you do not see the Zoom link in the description, click on the 'READ MORE' text in the class write-up.
Check The Zoom Links for Live Classes Channel on the Community Board - search by THE DATE OF YOUR CLASS.
If you pre-registered for the class, check your PROMOTIONS and SPAM folders for the email. Add (info@clararobertsoss.com) to your address book to prevent this from occurring.

Playback Questions
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent Chrome, Firefox, or Safari version. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you can watch videos from our site on your TV.
Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?
Yes!
Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.
To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon, and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.
To use AirPlay: Open the video on your Apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes.
Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers, so you can watch our content anywhere!
Which browsers are supported?
While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browsers released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out-of-date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

How do I use a gift card?
If someone gives you a gift card to use on Practice with Clara, you are lucky! We are so happy to have you join the community.
Here’s how to redeem your gift card and join us:
Visit Practice with Clara on your web browser.
Select the ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab from the main menu.
Select BILLING from the following menu.
Click the “Redeem a Gift Card” button from the Billing Page.
Enter the code that you received and select the button that says “Continue.”
You will see your account's credit and select the appropriate subscription to suit your needs.

How do I send a class bundle to someone?
Class bundles are the perfect option to send someone as a gift if you want to avoid committing to a Practice with Clara Membership.

The purchase of a class bundle provides LIFETIME ACCESS to each bundle's content.

After you’ve completed the course, email us at info@clararobertsoss.com.
These credits are only eligible with YogaAlliance.org. You must be a teacher to apply for these credits.
Please include the following in your email:
Name of the course you completed and date of completion
Email address and Full Name attached to your Practice With Clara membership
Full Name that you would like to appear on your certificate
Once we receive your email, we will verify your attendance and send you an email and certificate.

First off, welcome to our community!
If you are NOT a member of Practice with Clara, you can select the Seeker Membership and you will be added to the playlist and receive the welcome email right away.
If you are already a member - upgrade your account and email info@clararobertsoss.com and we will prorate your account depending on your billing cycle.
How is the Seeker Annual Membership different from the Annual Membership?
The Seeker Membership provides access to all the content and events in the Yearly PLUS Membership and the content you see above.
This membership option is tailored toward those who want to learn within a community and develop themselves through training, mentorship, and special events.
Upon joining, you will get access to a unique playlist with classes, workshops, and on-demand training on the Practice with Clara Membership Site.
We also add you to our Seeker Newsletter and a private Facebook Group to connect with the other members in this group.
Do I have to be a yoga teacher to join?
No! Anyone is welcome to join us in the Seeker Membership.
We welcome practitioners of all levels and encourage anyone who is interested in developing their knowledge of the yoga practice to join us.
This membership is ideal for yoga teachers who want to develop themselves professionally AND individuals on the path who want to learn more within a community from Clara.
I've recently renewed my membership; how will I be charged for this membership?
When you sign up for the Seeker Membership, you are billed right away regardless of when you renewed your previous membership.
Instead of discounting the monetary amount left from your previous membership (we don't have the capacity to do that), we will add days to your billing cycle to even out the balance.
What that means - instead of next year being billed on the date you activated your Seeker Membership, you will be billed later based on the balance of your previous membership.
An example - You signed up in April 2022 at $159.99/year, which is $13.33/month. You have 5 months left on your membership. $13.30 x 5 months = $66.66 left.
The Seeker membership is $249.99/year which is $0.69/day. Your balance, $66.66, divided by cost per day, $.69, gives us 96 days. We would add 96 days to your account.
Instead of being billed on November 11 2023, you will be billed on February 13th, 2024.
I'm already a member - how do I change my membership?
You must change your membership on the website, not within the apps.
Sign into your account at practice.clararobertsoss.com.
Go to your ACCOUNT DETAILS - right tab on the navigation bar.
Click on PURCHASES.
Select CHANGE in the MEMBERSHIP box.
Select SEEKER Membership.
EMAIL support@clararobertsoss.com once you have swapped your membership, and we will send you the next steps.

What is the Prenatal & Postnatal Collection?
The Prenatal Yoga Collection provides classes for expecting yogis who want to continue their yoga practice throughout pregnancy.
The Prenatal Collection includes Trimester 1, Trimester 2, and Trimester 3, with varying levels, styles, and class lengths to accommodate seasoned practitioners and those newer to the practice. Through breathwork and postures that strengthen the body and mind, prenatal yoga helps you prepare for your baby's delivery.
The Postnatal collection includes classes for Trimester 4 post-pregnancy.
The trimesters' classes include vinyasa yoga, slow flow, hatha, restorative/yin, and meditation. Each trimester builds on the previous, with thematic content to help you through each stage of your pregnancy.
The first series of the prenatal yoga collection features six classes. Hatha, Slow Flow, Restorative, and Meditation courses will help you slow down while maintaining a movement practice.
The second series of the prenatal yoga collection features six classes. The second-trimester classes offer more flow if you can handle more movement and vigor in body and mind.
The third series of the prenatal yoga collection features seven classes. This is the time to get strong in both body and mind. The courses in this series feature breathwork and simple poses to create strength and space to prepare you for childbirth.
The fourth series of the prenatal yoga collection features five classes, and you can choose from any of the classes on the app to reconnect to your body.
See how to modify through each phase of your pregnancy with the Modifications for Pregnancy video. There are ample modifications and adjustments with props offered in the Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga collection.
Please consult your physician before exploring new physical activities during your pregnancy. Starting a yoga practice while pregnant is not advisable unless you’ve consulted your doctor.
Can I give the Prenatal bundle to a friend as a gift?
Yes! You can buy a gift card for a friend or family member to join Practice with Clara with a subscription.

How do I know that these classes are safe for me to do?
Clara filmed all of the Prenatal yoga classes during her pregnancy with her daughter, Karmen. Each class was filmed during the allotted trimester, so you can see how Clara moves and breathes through each stage of her pregnancy.
The Postnatal Collection was filmed in the months following Karmen’s birth, so you’ll watch as Clara reconnects to her body and its rhythms in yoga practice.
If you have a regular yoga practice, please modify it based on the videos' recommendations. There are plenty of variations and modifications offered in each class video and the Modifications for Pregnancy video.
Please listen to your body; every pregnancy looks and feels so different, so we advise watching and learning how to modify and adjust to accommodate your body as it changes throughout your pregnancy.
Please consult your doctor before initiating a new routine and continue checking in throughout your pregnancy.
What equipment do I need for these classes?
Props are essential for expecting yogis as you will have to adjust to accommodate the shape and size of your belly and baby.
The props necessary for each class are mentioned at the beginning of every video.
Generally speaking, here is a list of the basic props to assist you through each trimester.

What are the challenge expectations?
Make it to your mat—the only qualifier to participate in the 30-Day Virtual Yoga Challenges.
The goal of each challenge is to make a daily ritual of showing up to your yoga mat.
We want to inspire a daily ritual of showing up for YOU; every day looks and feels different. The challenge is to make time to do what you need and show up with more energy and compassion for those in your life. If you need to take a savasana for the daily class, please do it.
When and how do I register for the challenge?
If you’re a member of Practice with Clara, you’ll see the challenge playlist on the Community Board when the challenge starts.
You don’t need to sign up anywhere or do anything to start. When the challenge is live, we ask that all participants contribute to the community by typing YES in the app for the class. This practice holds us accountable and keeps everyone motivated!
If you’re new to Practice with Clara, join the challenge for free with the coupon code provided via the event page. We offer a coupon code for every challenge the week before the challenge starts. The coupon code is presented on the event page on Clara’s website. The coupon code provides the month of the challenge for free PLUS the 7-day free trial; that’s over a month of free yoga!
Here’s how to sign up for the challenge if you’re a new member:

Create an account on Practice with Clara by adding an email, name, and password: https://practice.clararobertsoss.com/join.
The coupon code will be live on the events page one week before the challenge starts.
Add the coupon code when you choose your subscription.

Why is my coupon code not working?
Only new members to Practice with Clara can use a coupon code.
If you have already used a coupon code, you will not be able to use another one at a later date.
Your coupon code may not work if you signed up via a native app, such as Google Play or iTunes.
You must sign up through Practice with Clara to redeem a coupon code.
If you signed up through a native app and want to use a coupon code, here is what to do:
Cancel your subscription on the native app.
Go to Practice with Clara on your desktop and choose your subscription.
Your login information will be the same when you cancel your subscription.
