How to enjoy your free program:

  • Once you sign up for a free series, you’ll receive Day 1 with your classes immediately and the following classes for the set duration of successive days at 2am PST.

  • After the series, your free trial will end. To access our yoga programs and educational content, you can sign up for an annual, quarterly, or monthly membership to keep learning at your own pace.

  • Members may join our weekly LIVE yoga classes, challenges, workshops, and digital resources.

This is my favorite online yoga subscription as Clara has the breath and movement cues down to a science. She is a true yogi and doesn't cater her yoga teachings to fitness freaks and fake image-conscious yoga consumers.


It is always about the breath and intention in her classes and using yoga to connect the mind and body. Her musings and word of encouragement throughout the classes are also lighthearted and fun.

Practice with Clara really helps me reach a new feeling body in terms of fitness, flexibility, and even a bit of weight loss. It really built on fitness and positive well-being.


I also liked how on some days, the options of class length and intensity varied. It made you feel that however crazy the rest of your day and week was, you could still do a class, even when you're really tired.
