It is always about the breath and intention in her classes and using yoga to connect the mind and body. Her musings and word of encouragement throughout the classes are also lighthearted and fun.
Practice with Clara really helps me reach a new feeling body in terms of fitness, flexibility, and even a bit of weight loss. It really built on fitness and positive well-being.
I also liked how on some days, the options of class length and intensity varied. It made you feel that however crazy the rest of your day and week was, you could still do a class, even when you're really tired.
